We have installed and checked McAfee Security Center ( MSC ) along with eScan. There were no error messages while scanning as well as during startup. So there is no conflict observed between eScan and MSC. Also, from the logs sent by you, it seems that there is SpyBot software installed on the same system. And thefiles that are not scanned are in the *Recovery* folder of SpyBot i.e. some action has taken by this software already on these files. So please check if the McAfee errors are coming due to this. Regarding the error message at startup, this could be related to some files / entries of MSC missing.
