Ich bekomme Mails von mir selbst!?

#1 Ich bekomme in letzter Zeit öfter Emails von meiner eigenen Adresse. Wie funktioniert das und was kann ich dagegen tun? Die Email ist nicht wirklich von meinem Mail-Server verschickt. Der hat nämlich ne Authentifizierung und mein Rechner ist clean.

Ich habe mal den Header mit reingepostet:

#2 Hat das Mail irgendwelche Attachments ? Klingt nach einem Wurm (Sober o.ä.), welcher auf irgendeinem Rechner u.a deine Adresse in einer Date/Adressbuch gefunden hat und diese nun nach dem Zufallsprinzip als Empfänger und Absender verwendet. So etwas ist mir ebenfalls schon mal untergekommen.

Aber wieso verwenden sie meine Email?
Und was kann ich dagegen tun? Habe zuletzt von jemandem gehört, dass meine Domain (www.zwette.de) "angeblich auf der Blacklist steht". Was kann ich dagegen tun?

Update: Habe auf DNSStuff und Jørgen Mash's DNS database list checker nachgeprüft und beide bestätigen mir, dass meine Domain nicht geblacklisted ist.

#4 Tja, das ist ganz einfach Spam!
Und sieht so aus, als ob sie von einem botgesteuerten Netzwerk kommt.
Und wie Du vielleicht weißt, kann man fast alle Felder in so einem E-Mail-Header fälschen.
Angenommen du wärest Spammer. Gibt wohl kaum was wirkungsvolleres als die Sendeadresse gleich der Absenderadresse zu machen. Das schaut doch dann jeder an ("Eine Mail von mir selber?"). Du auch (Ich natürlich nicht :-))).

Du kannst Deinem Spamfilter sagen, dass er einkommende Mails mit Deiner Adresse als Absender aussortieren soll...
