New comparative AV-Test

On this site you will find independent comparatives of Anti-Virus software. Tests are done on behalf of producers and magazines. Our work is free of fee, but you can donate us something if you appreciate our efforts to make independent comparatives.

In order to get tested by us, products must fulfill some criteria. The 3 main criteria are:

* The product must use only one (own) scan-engine
* The product must have a 100% ItW-virus detection
* The product must detect a given minimum of Zoo-samples

So, all products that are listed in our comparatives are already a selection of very good anti-virus software. Various products were tested in advance in order to discover if they does fulfill our criteria.

Comparative results will be available for all officially at those dates:
1st March and 1st September: comparative results of on-demand detection of virus/malware
1stJune and 1st December: retrospective/proactive test results
