Eventualy malware ???? need a help, please !!!

first excuses my german laguage is terible, so i must to write on english.Thanx for undersrtanding gentleman !!!

I reinstaled my pc wuth cracked version Windows 2000 pro.PC works relative good, but at certains moments apears some windov with folowng message:

Message FROM...TO (...currently date and time...)

STOP! SYSTEM MAY REQUIRE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION

Your operating system registry may have errrors or be corrupt.
To optionally check or fix system registry:

1. DownloadRegistry Update from:
2. Install Registry Update
3. Run Registry Update
4. Reboot Your Computer

FAILURE TO ACT MAY LEAD TO THE FOLLOWING

2. Slow speeds running programs or system failure

So, nyody cas help me and show me the way how i could remove this . Its borrs to much, and sometimes it seems turn of my PC automaticlu, if i don't moveout this message (this widow) fro my screen.

Depending on the way you did your re-installation.
a) you did a clean, new installation, all files which has been on the harddisk before got deletet.
b) you just repaired your old Windows (nearly everything stays as before, excepting some system-files.)

So, for the case a), your special Version of Windows is corrupt, bad, dirty- however. There is nothing better than formatting the hdd and look out for something else, maybe a Linux
For b) Some old malware is still active.
