bekomme Proxiserver Eintrag nicht raus!

#1 Hallo,
ich habe folgendes Problem!
alle paar Minuten trennt sich meine Internetverbindung!
habe mir meine Logfiles angeschaut und folgenden Eintrag entdeckt!

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = 212.138.64.146:80

meine Frage ist!ob dieser Proxiserver der Auslöser für mein Problem ist?
und wenn ja!wie bekomme ich den runter?
