Trotz geringer CPU-Leistung langsamer Rechner

#1 Obwohl die CPU-Auslastung grundsätzlich mit ca. 7 bis 15 % angezeigt wird, ist das Notebook unbrauchbar langsam.

Läuft zum Beispiel ein Programm (Synchronisation, Daten schreddern, kopieren...), ist ein Arbeiten nur noch unbrauchbar langsam möglich trotz einer angezeigten CPU-Auslastung bei ca. 7 bis 15 %. Die Auslastung des Arbeitsspeichers liegt bei üblicherweise nicht mehr als 1,8 GB.

Woher kann das kommen?

#5 Zumindest sind die Zugriffszeiten laut Deinem Benchmark-Programm unterirdisch. Aber es handelt sich ja auch um eine langsame Festplatte (5400rpm) mit relativ kleinem Buffer für die Größe. Eine schnellere Festplatte mit 7200rmp und mit einem größeren Buffer (16MB) könnte hier schon Wunder wirken.

das heißt, nur wegen der Platte läuft das Notebook so extrem langsam, wenn ich recht verstehe...wo / wie kann ich denn den Buffer der vorhandenen Platte vergrößern?

#10 Ja schon, aber bei einem aktuellen Notebook gleich die Festplatte austauschen zu müssen wegen der Geschwindigkeit, ist schon irgendwie bedenklich, läßt vielleicht keine guten Rückschlüsse auf das Notebook zu...

#11 nunja, wenn ein Laden ein Supersonderangebot raushaut und der PC oder das Notebook viel günstiger als bei anderen ist. Also wie immer bei Aldi, dann gibt es dabei meist einen Haken.

Jetzt weißt du zuminesdt warum das notebokk günstiger war als ein vergleichsmodell eines anderen Herrstellers ;)
