Firefox und IE lassen sich nach ca 1 Minute nicht mehr starten

#1 Hi!
Ich hab das Problem, dass ich nach ca. 1 Minute nach dem Anmelden weder Firefox (es kommt eine Absturzmeldung, er will was an mozilla schicken, funktioniert aber nicht) noch Internet Explorer (stürzt ab, sobald man eine Adresse eingibt) zum funktionieren bekomme.
