Antivir Updated nicht mehr!

seit dem 02.09.07 kommt bei mir kein Antivir Update mehr zu stande.
Das ist der letzte Update-Versuch:

Wenn ich Antivir deinstallier und neu installier, bleiben dann die Reportdateien erhalten ?

#2 Kann nur sagen, dass keine der Meldungen nicht auch bei mir auftauchen würde und Antivir macht hier mehrmals täglich ein Update. Auch wenn zu tagsüber schon mal ein Timeout vorkommt.

Wenn es Dir auf die Logfiles ankommt, die liegen alle unter
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic\LOGFILES

Verusche es mit einer Neuinstallation, wenn das Update weiterhin erfolglos bleibt solltest Du den Rechner auf mögliche Malware untersuchen.
Onlinevirenscanner gibt es zu Hauf, z.B: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Ich habe ein ähnliches Problem: Wenn ich das AntiVir Update starten will, sagte r mir immer: "Beim Versuch das Internet Update zu starten ist folgender Fehler aufgetreten: Auftrag wurde nicht gefunden"

Ich finde das irgendwie merkwürdig und wollte einfach mal Meinungen einholen.

Vielen Dank schonmal im Vorraus.

P.S.: Würde es vielleicht einfach eine Neuinstallation tun??

#5 Du solltest das entsprechende Logfile posten...wo zu finden steht ja oben beschrieben, bzw. über die Antivir-Programmoberfläche...

Generell : je nach Größe des Updates kann es auf Grund von Überlastung der Update-Server mal zu Fehlschlägen kommen.
