Ich habe hier keine Patenlösung für das Problem. Es ist auch von Rechner zu Rechner anderst gelagert. Informiert euch über Windows-Dienste von XP, schaut zu, dass ihr nicht benötigte Dienste, welche automatisch starten deaktiviert, bzw. auf manuell setzt. Prüft zuvor genau die Abhängigkeiten des jeweiligen Dienstes zu anderen Diensten, bevor ihr sie deaktiviert. In den Eigenschaften der Dienste ist ebenfalls erkenntlich, ob sie "unter" der svchost.exe gebündelt sind. Nach denen lohnt es sich natürlich zuerst Ausschau zu halten. Nutzt Microsofts technet, z.B.: http://search.technet.microsoft.com/search/Default.aspx?brand=technet&query=svchost+cpu&sr= __________ Durchsuchen --> Aussuchen --> Untersuchen |

Download ComboFix zum Desktop
Doppelklick combofix.exe Folge den Instruktionen in das Fenster Waehrend Combofix lauft NICHT ins Fenster klicken sonst erfriert dein Rechner Wenn das Tool fertig ist,oeffnet sich ein logfile(combofix.txt). Poste nachher den logfile C:\ combofix.txt in dein folgender Bericht zuzammen mit ein log von HijackThis __________ MfG Argus |

Habe das svchost.exe / CPU Problem auch seit einigen Tagen.
Wie bei Threepwood hängt es bei mir offenbar mit den Windows-Updates zusammen. Bin aber einen Schritt weiter als Threepwood - Wenn Du die "automatischen Updtes" deaktivierst, dann läuft alles wieder normal. Du brauchst also nicht den ganzen Prozess svchost.exe zu killen und dann Audio neu zu starten. Nur - Eigentlich will ich die automatischen Updates haben. Weiß jemand da eine Lösung oder hat jemand das gleiche Problem. Sobald die Automatischen Updates aktiviert sind, lastet die svchost.exe die CPU zu 99% aus |

Process Explorer zeigt (bei mir) bei dem svchost der die CPU last verursacht wuauclt.exe als Unterprozess an, also den Windows Update Client, das Problem haengt also (bei mir) damit zusammen.
Wenn ich den Prozess (svchost) kille, dann ist bei mir auch der Sound weg, den bekommst du aber ohne Neustart wieder indem du im Servicemanager (services.msc) den Dienst "Windows Audio" wieder anwirfst.
Hab mich noch nicht wirklich auf die Suche nach der Ursache fuer das Problem gemacht weils bei mir nur einmal die Woche auftritt und ich dann einfach durch killen und neustarten des Windoes Audio umgehe.
Wenns wieder auftritt werde ich versuchen mal nur den Dienst "Automatische Updates" neuzustarten, wahrscheinlich richt das auch.
