problem with arsetup.exe

#1 Hello, I have a problem: arsetup.exe in C: takes 99% CPU.
In which way it's possible to remove it?

#3 Seems to be TrojanDropper.Win32.PurityScan.f, Please use Escan and scan your PC in Safe mode. After that delete the files reported as infected restart, use www.windowsupdate.com and, if you think there are still some Problems, post a hijackthis log: www.hjt.klaffke.de/en
