was ist los ?? smartsearch

ich habe folgende problem. immer wenn ich auf die seite www.symantec.de gehen will, findet der IE 6 diese seite nicht. wenn ich das tool CWShredder ausführe, (diese entfernt smartsearch ???) kann ich die seite ansurfen. starte ich den rechner neu, habe ich wieder das gleiche problem. jetzt habe ich mal das tool hijackthis ausgeführt und verstehe nur bahnhof. kann mir jemand helfen ? vielen dank.
